I took this a couple of weeks ago with my cell phone. 
It did not quite capture the breathtaking colors that I
saw.  I so love mornings and sunrises.  Hope your day

Miro Inspired

Miro inspired artwork by our Thursday afternoon's Krafty Kids class. 
Joan Miro is one of my favorite artists with his funky doodles and
bright colors.  His lines and designs are easy for kids to draw and
overlap.  Color was added once all the drawing was complete. 
Each was taped to a black piece of thick cardstock to emphasize
the black lines.  Love them!  See more work from all our classes

2014 Fall Krafty Kids Art

Just a few of my favorite pieces from our three weekly Krafty Kids 

creative art classes this fall.  I love their use of color and texture, and 

I sure enjoy spending my afternoons creating with all of these kids.  

They are so inspiring and energetic.  We have so much fun together!

This semester we will add two more classes to our week- 

Tuesdays 1-2:30 and Thursdays 10-11:30.

Classes resume next week!
